3. Order Placement & Processing
• Orders can be placed online, or via our mobile app.
• Customers must provide accurate information, including name, contact details, and
delivery address.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
4. Pricing & Payment
• Prices for services are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
• Full payment must be made before or upon delivery.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.
5. Pickup & Delivery
• Pickup and delivery services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

• Any delay in pickup or delivery due to customer unavailability may result in additional

• We are not responsible for damage due to:
• Normal wear and tear
• Pre-existing conditions such as stains, discoloration, or weak fabric
• Items left in pockets that may cause damage
7. Lost or Damaged Items
• In case of lost or damaged items, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of
delivery.
• Our liability is limited to a refund or compensation macimum up to 5 times the service.we will be credited within in 5,7 days
cost of the affected item.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
• Orders can be canceled before pickup without any charges.
• If canceled after pickup, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days for eligible claims.
9. Customer Responsibilities
• Customers must ensure that items given for laundry are safe to clean.
• Valuables (e.g., money, jewellery) should not be left in pockets or clothing.
• Any complaints must be reported promptly for resolution.
10. Privacy Policy
• We collect and store customer information for service and communication purposes.
• Personal data is protected and not shared with third parties without consent.we are order delivered within in 2 days.
